Do you have anxiety about helping your student(s) meet the more challenging AIMS targets for junior high and high school levels? This highly academic FOCUS program aggressively tackles difficult AIMS standards. Motivated 7th-12th grade students can benefit from the following:

- Public Speaking: Instruction and practical application of Prepared, Extemporaneous, and Impromptu speech delivery.

- Research Design/Science Fair: We take FOCUS students through every step of a research paper, the scientific process and more. The process will meet many AIMS standards and all points of the student research paper.

-Science Classes: Our AFNR (Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources) and Horticulture (Fall of 2019) classes count for many AIMS standards and as a high school science class.

-Ag Entrepreneurship Class: Students learn the finer points of starting a successful business including basic accounting and writing a complete business plan.

-Personal/Social/Service Standards: For the first time, many of our students learn their value and contribution to a team, serving others, planning events, planning and managing personal projects, the difficult lessons of proper preparation, victory and loss, and the big shocker; not everyone gets a trophy for working hard.

-Career Development: Students learn to discover and express their talents, interests and skills, learn job-ready soft and hard skills, explore careers, and interact with community professionals.

-Culture & Communication: Students learn to electronically prepare a cover letter, resume, application, and interview for student specific jobs.
